The Richmond Times Dispatch has published an excellent article regarding the efforts of citizens, the Richmond SPCA and Richmond Animal League to assist the Chesterfield Shelter in obtaining no-kill status.

Those who support the lives of homeless healthy animals in Chesterfield County need to (1) contact all five supervisors by phone or email, (2) call the county administration tracking system line (804-748-1211) and (3) post a positive comment regarding the article and the SPCA’s offer on the TD article, see link above.

Chesterfield County has a tremendous opportunity that it can ill-afford to pass on!
